A Growing Offer of Public Transport

Amadeo 59 is located in Città Studi, an area experiencing a new impulse from the growth in the supply of public infrastructure and services.
In 2015 the Forlanini FS train station, 900 metres away, was opened for EXPO. Suburban lines S5 and S6 stop here, with trains coming from Segrate, Novara and Varese, and passing through the city center (Porta Garibaldi, Piazza Repubblica and Porta Venezia).
A private shuttle bus for use by all tenants connects Amadeo59 with Lambrate station (train and Metro line M2). This service, which takes approximately 5 minutes, is provided 5 days a week between 7:30 and 9:30 and between 18:00 and 20:00. The new M4 Metro line, set to open in 2022, will cross the city from east to west, connecting Linate Airport to the city centre. The asset is already linked to downtown Milan via bus no. 54 (150m away) and tram no. 5 (220m away).
Benefiting from this new infrastructure, the area has seen a number of successful developments over recent years, such as Porta Vittoria and Forlanini 23.

Excellent Road Access

In addition to the existing ring road, Amadeo 59 has immediate access to the new A35-BreBeMi motorway which directly connects Milan with Brescia and the new external ringroad (Tangenziale Est Esterna Milano), which opened in May 2015.
